Deposit-secured custom builds
Orders require a deposit before design labor, sourcing, engraving, wiring, or production begins. Cancellations may have deductions based on the stage of work completed.

Typical customer process
1. Start Design
Choose Business, Residential, Sponsor/Event, or Custom Prototype.
2. Select Product
Pick infinity mirror, interior/exterior lighting, video wall, or address sign.
3. Save Quote or Order
Quote-only leads are saved for follow-up; orders require a deposit.
4. Proof + Approval
Approve artwork before engraving and review the final engraved look.
5. Final Payment
Remaining balance is due after final approval before release.
6. Support
Use the portal for support tickets, files, proof notes, and audio profiles.
