Quote-only designs are saved as possible customer leads. Mirroried LED can follow up to answer questions, adjust the design, or find out why the order was not finalized.
Quote request
Start with Business or Residential, then tell us the product, art, lighting, video, audio, power, and motion goal.
The more details you send, the faster the production path can be checked: engraving detail, LED tunnel spacing, matrix coverage, address-sign requirements, frame depth, controller, power, deposit path, and final approval workflow.
Place order
Orders require a deposit to secure custom work before sourcing, engraving, wiring, controller setup, or production begins.
Final balance
The rest of payment is due after the approved image has been engraved and the customer approves the final look, before pickup, delivery, installation, or release.
Quote checklist
- Mirror size: 12×12, 20×20, 24×24, 26×26, 30×30, 36×36, or custom.
- Artwork: logo, name, photo, sketch, screenshot, or vector file.
- Lighting: no edge LEDs, WS2812B perimeter/tunnel, matrix video, audio reactive, or combinations.
- Placement: address sign, wall, trailer, business lobby, booth, garage, patio, studio, or event.
- Deadline and budget target, if one exists.
For HUB75 video builds, artwork must fit the actual panel coverage behind the mirror. Oversized art may need scaling, extra panels, or design revision before production.
