Quote/order rules

Design maker to deposit to final approval.

  • Quote-only submissions are saved as possible customers for follow-up.
  • Orders require a deposit before custom design, sourcing, engraving, wiring, or production begins.
  • Changes after approval, material ordering, engraving, wiring, or production may add cost and time.
  • Remaining balance is due after the approved image is engraved and the customer approves the final look.

Hardware + software choices are captured up front.

Each quote can list controller, matrix size, edge LEDs, power source, enclosure, mounting, audio-reactive/non-reactive mode, software/control plan, and add-on products so the final piece looks complete.

Software stack

Firmware, show-control, and audio software.

Mirroried LED builds can reference WLED-MM firmware, Chataigne automation, LEDFx audio-reactive software, and Sonic Visualiser/Sonic Annotator audio analysis tools. The Downloads page links the official GitHub release pages used for research and internal setup.

Production note

Hardware and software are selected per build.

Not every customer build needs every tool. Simple address signs may stay non-reactive. Bars, video walls, karaoke rooms, and audio-reactive installs can require the full controller and software stack.

Audio-reactive control

Private audio processing server for Chataigne-linked customer profiles.

Advanced installs can use a local mini PC running Chataigne and the Mirroried Audio Agent. The customer portal stores profiles, linked controllers, and scene choices while the local computer handles low-latency audio processing and effect commands.
